Water Filters

Water Purifiers

Water Softeners
A Water Softener is required for the removal of hardness (both temporary and permanent hardness) from the water. Ion Exchange process is employed to soften water. These softeners can be of MS, MSRL, FRP, LLDPE construction.
Demineralisers
A Demineraliser removes the dissolved impurities from water and makes it free of dissolved solids. Demineralisation is performed using the Ion Exchange Process. A Mixed bed Demineraliser is used to get treated water having very low silica level and almost neutral PH.
De-Alkaliser: A De-alkaliser or partial demineraliser is used for reducing the alkalinity of water, thus partially demineralising water based on the extent of alkalinity removed. Demineralising plants shall be of MSRL, FRP, LLDPE construction.
Reverse Osmosis Systems
Even though a Water Softener or a Demineraliser does the job of getting the required water quality, with day by day deterioration in raw water quality, they become inefficient over time. In order to overcome this, water purification by a membrane process using the principle of Reverse Osmosis is gaining popularity.
A Reverse Osmosis plant will proportionately remove the dissolved impurities present in the water. Further post-treatment can be carried out to meet the process requirement by going in for a water softener or a demineraliser.
